RoadrunnerLink is MSU Denver’s student orgination platform. It has tools for just about everything a student org could need, and it is how CMEI processes student organization functions. RoadrunnerLink features:

- A portal where you can upload images, link social media, and create a member roster.
- An events calendar where student organizations can post and view upcoming events.
- An Election Services platform where student organizations can host elections to elect new officers.
- A Form platform where student organizations can find required and necessary forms.

Student organization is allotted a certain amount of funds every academic year, and those funds are organized into different categories. Please review the Student Organization Funding Program and Finance Handbook to learn more about available funds for student organizations.
Tivoli 305 is a public resource room for student organizations! Below is a list of the resources you can find in this room.

A weekly newsletter sent out to all Student Organizations. This is a great way to market upcoming events and attract new members. For information to be posted in the Weekly Blorg, please submit a Weekly Blorg Submission form on RoadrunnerLink in “Forms”.
Reserving space on campus can be challenging, so CMEI has spaces to offer you for free! These are great for recurring meetings or one-time events. Reservations will be confirmed within 3 business days and are on a first-come first-served basis. Simply email [email protected] and include the following:
- Primary contact Name and email address
- Name of Student Organization
- Which room you’d like to reserve (CMEI Lounge in JSSB 237 or Resource Room in Tivoli 305)
- Preferred Date and Time
- Alternate date(s) and time(s)
Space Reservation
Interested in using a room or rooms in an MSU Denver owned building (JSSB, Aviation and Aerospace, Hospitality, etc.)? Check out the MSU Denver Facilities website to reserve rooms and get information on room capacities.
Interested in using a room or rooms in shared buildings on campus (Tivoli, Plaza, King Center, West, Central, Science, etc.)? First, download the ACES Info Packet to see a breakdown of spaces and costs. Student orgs are a Category 1 group and receive a discount on room reservation on campus. Next, get in contact with Auraria Campus Event Services (ACES) to reserve the space. It may take some time for them to be in contact with you so it is best to plan in advance.
Many departments on campus have rooms that they control the space usage of. For example, GITA has a large conference room and event space. This space is available to student organizations to use! Please email [email protected] in order to reserve the space. If there is a room you are interested in using and you know it is operated by a specific department, please reach out to them directly and they will be able to assist you.
